The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of demand generation, particularly in leveraging LinkedIn as a key distribution channel, and will be adept at creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth.

This role will be instrumental in building and nurturing our online community, particularly through webinars and LinkedIn, while also exploring other avenues to generate demand and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive demand generation strategies with a focus on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Execute on written content at the highest level across different content formats such as blogs, webinar scripts, case studies, LI posts, video scripts, etc.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Craft high-quality, engaging content for blogs, LinkedIn, webinars, and other platforms to support demand generation efforts.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar with our community manager, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and company objectives.

LinkedIn Strategy and Community Building:

  • Utilize LinkedIn to its fullest potential by creating and distributing content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Build and manage a thriving community on LinkedIn, driving engagement through meaningful interactions, posts, and discussions.
  • Plan, promote, and execute LinkedIn Live events, webinars, and other virtual gatherings to foster community engagement and generate leads.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and lead generation goals.
  • Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and thought leaders to amplify our reach and impact.

Innovative Growth Tactics:

  • Stay updated with the latest demand generation trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Proactively identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and channels to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

Proven Experience in Demand Generation:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, with a strong track record of delivering measurable results in content creation.
  • Deep understanding of the principles, strategies, and best practices in demand generation.
  • Strong written skills at the highest expectation for b2b content formats is a must.

Expertise in LinkedIn Content and Community Building:

  • Demonstrated success in utilizing LinkedIn as a primary distribution channel for content and community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of what types of content perform well on LinkedIn and how to build a loyal community on Linkedin.

Creative Writing and Content Development:

  • Exceptional creative writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content across various formats, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, and webinar materials.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead projects and drive results through teamwork.

Innovation and Adaptability:

  • A growth mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and approaches to drive results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market, technology, and industry trends.

Compensation:

USD 1,000 - 1,500/ month (LKR 300,000 to 450,000)
