Flix11 (Pvt) Ltd, a pioneer in the Security Industry for over 27 years, is seeking a seasoned Senior SOC Analyst to lead our dynamic security team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving incident response, threat hunting, and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Response Leadership: Oversee complex incident response efforts, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely containment and remediation.
• Threat Hunting: Proactively identify advanced threats and vulnerabilities within the network environment.
• Security Operations Management: Lead and mentor the SOC team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to security best practices.
• Security Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall security strategy.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SOC. Generate regular reports on security metrics and trends.
• Automation and Tooling: Identify opportunities to automate security tasks and processes. Evaluate and implement new security tools and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a security operations center or related role.
• Proven experience in leading incident response teams.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence and advanced threat hunting techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, including SIEM, IPS, EDR, and cloud security platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, C|EH certifications are highly desirable.
