# EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Age between 30 – 40 years.
• Managerial-level Business Development & Sales experience of a minimum of 5 years, with overall Sales experience of at least 10 years.
• Proven experience in Diesel Power Generator Sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the Sri Lankan market (North and South) with connections in the Maldives.
• Strong dealers/distributor and market connections in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
• Expertise in international distributor identification, development, and management.
• Experience in business development and sales promotion activities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of product and competition, along with market trends in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
• Proficient in international commercial transactions, INCO terms, logistics, and shipping.
• Awareness of geopolitics and international commerce.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English and local languages.
• Decision-making, pricing, sales strategies, and product promotion & market penetration skills.
• Positive attitude, motivated, strong customer handling, punctuality, and a go-getter mentality.
