Role Overview: As a Salesforce Project Manager/Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering successful Salesforce projects that drive real business value. You'll manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams while building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Your role goes beyond traditional project management, requiring you to align teams, resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of scalable, impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between all stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex Salesforce projects.
- Manage project teams, dependencies, conflicts, and escalations to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate workshops, define project scope, and align technical teams with client expectations.
- Proactively manage project risks, resolve issues, and navigate challenges to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including contributing to proposals, SOWs, and project estimates.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing Salesforce projects.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Proven ability to translate business processes into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing risks and dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading workshops and stakeholder meetings to define project objectives.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Education: BS Degree in Computer Science or related fields preferred.
- Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, PMP, SAFe Agilist (preferred)
- Technology Stack: MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Slack, Lucid/Miro, Zoom, Asana, Atlassian Suite
