As a Sales Executive at Rooster, you will be responsible for selling our HRIS and ATS solutions to businesses of all sizes. You will identify potential clients, understand their HR needs, and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our products. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth by closing deals with new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our HRIS and ATS solutions.
  • Understand clients’ HR challenges and recommend the appropriate solutions from our product suite.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual benefit for the client and RoosterHR.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HR technology or SaaS solutions will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
