About Us:

We are a growing motion graphic production company specializing in creating animation videos for musicians and record labels. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage a growing team, and ensure smooth project execution.

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the company runs efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from managing client projects to supervising employees and streamlining operations. You will be the right hand to the CEO, making decisions when necessary and ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the progress of all client projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.

  • Team Management: Manage and support the existing team, with plans to expand +10 in the near future. This includes overseeing performance, conducting daily standups, and ensuring a positive work environment.

  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for new creative designers, animators, and a social media manager.

  • Operational Oversight: Ensure all business operations flow smoothly, addressing any issues that arise and making decisions when the CEO is unavailable.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the CEO on all operational matters, including project progress, team performance, and any challenges faced.

  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize project management software and tools such as MS Office, GSuite, and Adobe Creative Cloud to manage workflows and optimize processes.

  • Knowledge of Digital Media: Have a solid understanding of social media marketing, content creation, SEO, and related digital media topics to support company growth and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a creative or digital media industry.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or GSuite.

  • Knowledge of digital media, including social media marketing, content creation, and SEO.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or other creative tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions independently.

  • A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and projects.
