Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Full-stack Tech Lead to join our team. You will play a key role in leading the development and maintenance of our product platform, ensuring its high quality, scalability, and performance. This role demands a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, along with the ability to guide and mentor other developers.

Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to our product platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJs, NextJs, NodeJS, and Java.
• Experience in building and maintaining microservices-based architectures in an enterprise product environment.
• Solid understanding of software engineering practices, including coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Prior experience working in a product company is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
