Job Summary:
The Sales Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data to evaluate category performance, conducting market and competitive audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key category performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare daily reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales and management teams.

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record in reporting and creating informative dashboards.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Accounting, or a related field.
