Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery to clients.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the printing, corporate gifting, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
