# JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Quality Control: Checking, certifying, and conducting quality control and testing works on site.
• Supervision: Supervise site work, monitor construction programs, and ensure the quality of materials used.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure projects meet deadlines and expectations on time.
• Measurement: Take joint measurements of work done as required.
• Site Records: Keep and maintain accurate site records and assist in site management.

# QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Educational Background:

• B.Eng Tech in Construction Technology & Resource Management.
• National Diploma in Construction Technology.
• NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervisor Course.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and construction supervision.
