Assistant Warehouse Manager

Station Road, Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia, Sri Lanka- Direct, supervise, and assign tasks to warehouse employees. Oversee their training, work schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Manage the entire warehouse cycle including receiving, inventory control, monitoring, scheduling, and order fulfillment.
- Work closely with truck drivers, dispatchers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate receiving and inventory data in the ERP system. Assist with inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and check reports, schedules, invoices, and other warehouse documentation. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve issues related to quantity, pricing, and quality. Assist with order accuracy and monitor for overstocks.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, and report repair needs to the Warehouse Manager. Participate in periodic stock takes.
