We have a limited amount of positions each week. Looking for the best of the best.

We look for long term, full time committed agents that want to achieve success with us.

Compensation is like this:

• USD$4/hr to $6/hr depending on production. (request chart for more details)
• USD$100 per each 2 confirmed appointments (Sits).
• USD$500 more or less per closed deal and successful installation. The bigger the deal the more commissions. (Note that installations take about 2 months to happen).
• There is a 30 minutes paid lunch time and 2 breaks of 15 minutes each, paid as well, per day. 1 hour total.

Payment Schedule: Every 2 weeks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in appointment setting for Solar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales
• Native level English , or little to no accent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection, fast computer and a quiet work environment.

Schedule:

• 9-hours shift from 11:00AM to 08:00PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. (Overtime available for top performers during weekdays and also Saturday).

Note: There is a probation period of 3 days in which you have to make at least 5 appointments. (if you pass you get paid those days and continue working full time).

There's also 1 to 3 days of paid training ($4 per hour) if needed, for 2 to 4 hours each day, you have to pass the training and be in production for at least a week to get paid for the training and the week.
