JOB PROFILE

  • Manage and update supply chain documents such as supplier contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Assist in generating reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost analysis.
  • Organize and archive documents systematically, ensuring they are accessible and compliant with company policies.
  • Support the creation and management of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement guidelines.
  • Coordinate and organize product specifications, pricing details, and delivery timelines during the quotation process.
  • Enter and validate procurement data in systems to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers to gather necessary documentation and provide timely updates.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
