Position Summary:
The Student Counselor - Sales will be responsible for attracting and enrolling qualified students into our programs. This role involves engaging with prospective students, providing comprehensive information about our offerings, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Actively seek out and attract potential students through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and networking events.
- Counseling and Guidance: Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, addressing their academic and career goals, and guiding them towards suitable programs.
- Enrollment Management: Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for students.
- Sales and Conversion: Achieve sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs and converting leads into enrollments.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders to foster a positive and supportive environment.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the education industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
