Overview of the role:

We are looking for a Junior Creative Lead to work alongside our Senior Creative Lead in overseeing all creative projects, ensuring alignment between the client’s vision and the work produced by our team. In this role, you will communicate with editors, provide feedback and revisions, and help maintain quality throughout each project. You will also work closely with clients, gathering their input and making sure it’s incorporated into the final product. This is a great opportunity to develop your creative leadership skills while managing multiple projects and maintaining high creative standards under the guidance of our Senior Creative Lead.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: The ideal candidate should have a qualification related to Design or marketing, but it’s not required. What’s more important is that you have a strong understanding of what makes videos visually appealing and how to create engaging content. If you’ve got the skills and a good eye for storytelling, we want to hear from you!
• Coachable: As a Junior Creative Lead, you'll be working alongside our Senior Creative Lead, so being open to feedback and eager to learn is crucial. You’ll get the chance to grow your skills while ensuring everything stays aligned with the team’s vision.
• Communication: You’ll be working closely with editors and clients, so clear and effective communication is a must. You’ll need to explain revisions, provide feedback, and ensure that the client’s vision is well understood and executed throughout the process.
• Teamwork: You'll be collaborating with multiple editors and team members to ensure everyone is aligned with the creative vision. Strong communication is key, as you'll need to follow up on tasks and make sure everything is running smoothly.

A background in video editing is ideal for this role. You should have hands-on experience in editing videos or graphic design and a solid understanding of the creative process.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from Rs.70,000 to Rs.75,000, depending on your experience and how well you perform in the role. In addition to this, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Plus, based on your performance, you could increase your salary as well.
