Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to assess prospective client needs, offering technical expertise to develop and present customized solutions that align with the client’s specific requirements.
 - Analyze client challenges and business objectives to design tailored technical solutions that showcase the value and capabilities of the company’s products and services.
 - Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating how the proposed solutions address their needs and meet business goals.
 - Work cross-functionally with product development and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the company’s technological capabilities.
 - Support the sales cycle by providing ongoing technical guidance, addressing client inquiries, and refining solution offerings to enhance sales conversion and long-term client satisfaction
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
 - Experience at least 3 years in presales or technical consulting, especially with CX platforms like AI Chatbots.
 - Strong communication and presentation skills.
 - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people.
 - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Able to work both independently and in a team.
 - Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
 - Fluent in English.
