Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the annual manufacturing plan, focusing on new assembly line setup.
- Manage manufacturing projects based on directives from HQ and local stakeholders.
- Ensure quality management systems and manufacturing excellence in overseas facilities.
- Collaborate with teams in China and Indonesia to resolve challenges and improve processes.
- Promote Lean manufacturing and maintain high-quality standards across all facilities.
- Support product/component development and optimize manufacturing, packaging, and logistics processes.
- Organize quality inspections, address feedback, and ensure global compliance with standards.
- Lead product quality improvements, drive process efficiency, and reduce costs in SKD/CKD operations.
- Oversee product lines, manage internal teams for project planning, training, and performance review.
- Prioritize safety in all manufacturing processes and handle additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment production
- Expertise in manufacturing project management, facility setup, production planning, process validation, and data-driven problem-solving
- Familiarity with heavy equipment assembly procedures, tooling management, production systems, quality management, and workstation load balancing
- Understanding of ISO or TS Quality standards
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience in manufacturing heavy equipment, such as excavators, wheel loaders, and bulldozers, particularly in SKD/CKD (semi-knocked down/completely knocked down) assembly is a plus
