Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales representatives to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Document Management, Data and AI, and Automation.
- Develop and present customized solutions that address client needs, demonstrating the value and benefits of our technology offerings.
- Conduct in-depth technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed proposals, including technical specifications, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
- Provide post-sales support by assisting with solution implementation and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for proposed solutions, including technical diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive adoption strategy for Office 365 and other workplace technologies, aligned with the organization’s vision and goals.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders, champions, and influencers across the organization to promote the benefits and value of Office 365 and other workplace technologies.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities to educate and empower the end users on how to use Office 365 and other workplace technologies effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales engineering or similor technical role, with a focus on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Document Management, Data and AI, and Automation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Document Management systems, and Automation tools. Knowledge of Data and AI technologies is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for crafting innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
