Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Developing and presenting customized proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition and features of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure products and services.
  • Providing technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to illustrate how Microsoft 365 and Azure can address customer needs and solve their pain points.
  • Responding to technical queries and requests for information from customers and partners.
  • Preparing and delivering technical training and workshops to customers and partners on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure capabilities and best practices.
  • Supporting the sales team in preparing bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and Microsoft representatives.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the cloud computing market and Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure plus Microsoft 365/Security platform.
  • Azure certifications, such as AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-500, are preferred.
  • Microsoft 365 certifications, such as MS-102, SC-100, SC-200, or SC-300, are preferred.
  • Proficient in Azure core services, such as compute, storage, networking, identity, security, database, and web.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft on-premises and cloud infrastructure services such as but not limited to Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Server, System Center, Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to do the right thing under pressure and tight deadlines and shift basis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills-both oral and written is a must.
  • A self-motivated and independent thinker that routinely translates circumstances and understanding into actions that move the business forward in a measurable manner.
  • Strong learning skills to demonstrate fast adoption of new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
