Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Effective maintenance of visitors’ logbooks according to compliance standards (ISO) and coordination of board room reservations.
  • Effective coordination of arranging transport for late work, month-end, shift operations and other events.
  • Maintaining accurate records of transport for additional support to the admin team.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events.

Key Requirements:

  • Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time
  • management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
