Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Effective maintenance of visitors’ logbooks according to compliance standards (ISO) and coordination of board room reservations.
- Effective coordination of arranging transport for late work, month-end, shift operations and other events.
- Maintaining accurate records of transport for additional support to the admin team.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events.
Key Requirements:
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time
- management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
