Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team responsible for conducting bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately reconciled.
• Handle high volumes of bank reconciliations, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Prepare and analyze Age Analysis Reports, providing insights for financial decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and other formulas to analyze and present data effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in bank reconciliations, with exposure to handling high transaction volumes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and other advanced functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in generating and analyzing Age Analysis Reports.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
