Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing Kerner Norland's brand presence and driving recruitment initiatives. This position is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, focusing on Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) and content marketing, while also overseeing product marketing and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will be creative, results-driven, and passionate about promoting Kerner Norland as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

· EDM and Content Marketing:

§ Develop and execute EDM campaigns to engage potential recruits and stakeholders.

§ Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social media.

§ Monitor and analyze the performance of EDM campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.

· Product Marketing:

§ Lead product marketing initiatives to promote Kerner Norland's services and solutions.

§ Collaborate with the product development team to create marketing materials that effectively communicate product benefits.

§ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product positioning.

· Corporate Communications:

§ Manage corporate communications strategies to enhance Kerner Norland's public image.

§ Develop internal and external communication materials that reflect the organization's values and mission.

§ Act as a spokesperson for Kerner Norland in various communications, ensuring consistent messaging.

· Recruitment Marketing:

§ Design and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.

§ Promote Kerner Norland as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns and events.

§ Collaborate with the HR team to align marketing strategies with recruitment goals.

· Team Collaboration:

§ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

§ Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on EDM and content creation.

· Strong understanding of product marketing and corporate communications.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in recruitment marketing is a plus.

· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
