Responsibilities:
- Project Support & Research: Assist with project planning, research tasks, and gather data to support the project manager.
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders
- Task Management & Organization: Track project tasks, manage deadlines, and contribute to maintaining project organization. This might involve using project management software, delegating smaller tasks, and updating task lists.
- Meetings : Set up and manage project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure information is documented and attendees remain on track.
- Presentation : Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals effectively.
Key Requirements
- Reading for a degree in Management or IT
- PMP Certification will be added advantage
- Experience in Managing software development projects will be added advantage
- Ability to manage project within scope during the agreed timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
