What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-centered designs for our conversational AI forms platform.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency in design across all product interfaces and maintain design systems.
• Advocate for the end user by providing insights from user testing and analytics.
• Keep up with UI/UX best practices, tools, and trends to push the creative boundaries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in UI/UX design, preferably with SaaS products or conversational interfaces.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in designing intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of design systems and the ability to build and maintain them.
• An understanding of conversational UI/AI design principles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
