Job Overview:

As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll use your creativity and analytical skills to craft compelling content, grow our social media presence, and ensure consistent brand messaging. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals, audience insights, and trends across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing posts, videos, stories, and ads tailored to each platform.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. Ensure the campaigns are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with the company’s brand identity.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to measure the success of campaigns. Provide insights to optimize content and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Build relationships with followers, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge social media strategies.
  • Paid Social Media: Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and effective budget utilization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, product) to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers to boost campaign reach and credibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or basic content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
