This is a full time hybrid role. As an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing at Echt Social, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results. The role involves managing various digital channels, analysing performance, and developing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for both local and global clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across olatforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, and display networks.
  • SEO & SEM: Manage and optimise search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to improve website ranking and drive traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and paid ad campaigns, ensuring engagement and brand consistency across platforms.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and copywriters to develop high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and social media insights to report on ROl and KPIs.
  • Client Management: Serve as the point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates and satisfaction with campaign performance.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions, using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing across various platforms to optimize
  • Budget Management: Assist in menactio and optimising digital marketing budgets to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and the broader marketing team to ensure smooth executions of campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and SEO tools.
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of creative processes and data-driven decision-making.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Experience managing clients, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, and basic graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
  • Certifications: Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or similar certifications will be an asset.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide creative, strategic solutions.
  • Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
