The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can take ownership of end-to-end development and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a solid technical foundation and is eager to dive into the marketing and data analytics domains.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to plan and implement new features and products.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js).
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality output.
• Optimize software for speed and scalability.
• Work on projects involving marketing automation, data intelligence, and third-party SaaS integrations.
• Provide input on improving product performance and architecture.

Requirements:

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js) and writing code in Typescript.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end web development principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in marketing technology, advertising platforms, or data analytics solutions.
• Deep understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts.
• Experience with managing and processing large volumes of data, including familiarity with Data Lake architectures and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or DigitalOcean.
• Experience with integrating third-party SaaS tools and services.
• Keenness to experiment with and learn new technologies.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), offering flexible working hours and a fully remote setup. Our team is international, mostly based in IST and EST timezones.
