We are looking for an innovative candidate who can contribute to the Corporate Sales department to help smoothly through general routine procedures.

JOB PROFILE

· Meeting the corporate sales and collection targets of the company through effective planning and budgeting.

· Implementation of Sales policy, Strategy and expansion.

· Leading ,Empowering and Motivating team members to perform at optimum levels

· Provide management with updates on market and business development opportunities.

· Regularly define and share business KPIs and targets with the team.

· Analyze patterns in corporate consumer and market behavior.

· Develop data-driven strategies to optimize commercial performance

SKILLS AND COMPETENCY

· Degree level or relevant education in the field will be an added advantage.

· 5-7 years experience in a sales role with at least 2 years in a manager capacity.

· Excellent communication, Negotiation and presentation skills.

· Thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
