Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with menu planning and innovation, offering suggestions for seasonal or special dishes.
  • Manage kitchen stock and inventory, and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring skill development and consistency.
  • Step in for the Executive Chef during their absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong culinary and management skills.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Location: Champion’s Table by Tasty Caterers at Playdium, One Gall Face

Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening)

Age Range: 35-45

Years of Experience: 5-7 years
