Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of dishes in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with menu planning and innovation, offering suggestions for seasonal or special dishes.
- Manage kitchen stock and inventory, and assist in ordering supplies.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring skill development and consistency.
- Step in for the Executive Chef during their absence, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong culinary and management skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening)
