Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Quality Control:Prepare, cook, and present food and beverages according to Champion’s Table standards. Ensure dishes are prepared with the highest quality, flavor, and presentation, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Guest Service & Experience:Deliver an exceptional guest experience, from greeting to service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Support service continuity by ensuring timely delivery of dishes and a smooth guest journey.
• Team Collaboration & Coordination:Work closely with other team members, including chefs, waitstaff, bartenders, and management, to maintain seamless operations. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accuracy in order preparation and service timing.
• Cleaning & Maintenance:Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Maintain cleanliness and proper use of all kitchen equipment and adhere to maintenance schedules.
• Inventory & Stock Management:Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and monitoring usage to avoid wastage. Support inventory checks and notify the management of any supply needs.

Requirements

• Prior Experience:Previous experience in the specific position applying for is required, with expertise in relevant culinary, hospitality, or service roles preferred.
• Rotation & Shift Work:Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet operational needs.
• Skills & Competencies:Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Team player mindset with attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Food Safety & Hygiene:Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred for culinary positions, while service staff should understand general safety practices.
