Champion’s Table by Tasty Caterers is seeking dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing Culinary and Service Team. Our vibrant dining experience at Playdium, One Galle Face, offers an exciting work environment that combines top-notch food, excellent service, and an unforgettable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring consistent quality.
• Develop and update menus, focusing on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling shifts and assigning duties.
• Ensure that the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and reducing waste.
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Handle kitchen-related issues, such as equipment failures or staff shortages.
• Monitor and control kitchen costs, including food costs and labor.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Champions Table by Tasty Caterers, Pladium | One Galle Face

Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening)

Age Range: 30-50

Years of Experience: 8-10 years
