We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager - Master Data & IT to join our team at Celeste Daily, an online on-demand grocery platform based in Colombo 5. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data and IT operations, coordinating with various platforms, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with delivery platforms for efficient
• Manage myPOS system for seamless payment processing.
• Lead OMAK project management and ensure timely execution.
• Create and manage items on our system and platform.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns; communicate effectively with customers.
• Provide technical support for software and hardware issues.
• Set up operational processes for new locations and ensure replication of successful processes.
• Adminsiter user access and permission systems and platforms.
• Manage networking infrastructure to ensure connectivity and efficiency.
• Administer access to customer service systems (CS) and ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as the overall in-charge for data and IT operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating operational and technical aspects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and be on call 24/7 when required.
• Preferably male, aged between 25-40 years, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
