We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources while working within a dynamic software company environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing recruitment processes and job postings
- Help coordinate interviews and candidate communication
- Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding processes for new employees
- Help organize HR-related events and activities
- Contribute to HR administrative tasks and data management
- Support in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in HR and people management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
