Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented accountant to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and preparing high-quality financial documents. You will collaborate with our diverse team to meet the financial needs of our clients while adhering to strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exceptional quality accounts working paper files on Excel
• Generate FRS102(1A) statutory accounts from source records and accounts working paper files
• Prepare corporate tax returns and complex management accounts on a quarterly and monthly basis
• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian legislation
• Adhere to strict deadlines to deliver timely reports and accounts

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Qualified ICAEW or ACCA
• In-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax, VAT, and PAYE law
• Proficient in CCH software and TaxCal software
• Strong user of Microsoft Excel (macros not required)
• Working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (a minimum of 1 year in UK accounting)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High competency with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Past audit experience is a plus
