Position overview:

We are seeking a senior accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery

And compliance with relevant regulations. You will leverage your expertise to develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and administer a portfolio of clients, including managing wips and billing.

Deliver timely, high-quality services and maintain strong client communication.

Prepare financial reports, income tax returns, business activity statements (bas), and fbt returns with minimal supervision.

Implement effective tax planning strategies.

Conduct research and analysis of client data and transactions.

Assist with business consulting and tax advisory engagements.

Stay updated on taxation law, relevant legislation, and accounting standards.

Identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with the partner/manager on new client initiatives.

Support and mentor team members as needed.
