Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our global digital marketing team. Your main tasks will include coordinating with different departments, resource allocation, setting time frames and ensuring timely delivery of marketing items.

What you will be doing

  • Assisting with strategy development and implementation for clients
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to functional teams, and provide instructions for on-time delivery
  • Allocate tasks as per capacity of the team and monitor progress; reallocate tasks/resources where needed
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, like vendors, event management companies, etc. if required by the client
  • Coordinate with customer care team to ensure completed items/projects are shared with the client in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with team on implementing client feedback, when received
  • Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of clients, their products and services, and their target audiences
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback sessions.

What you will need to be considered

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management; agency experience is required
  • Exemplary coordination and organising skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
