WHO WE ARE

PromoLanka Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our Culinary Lab team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state of the art facility designed to provide a hands-on experience with OS&E products and kitchen equipment for HORECA stakeholders.

Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage and guide customer visits through the Culinary Lab, highlighting OS&E products and kitchen equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Key Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions for existing customers.
  • Address inquiries, provide product information, and offer guidance on the usage and benefits of the equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed and operational.
  • Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving the overall experience.
  • Handle any administrative duties related to customer interactions and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various types of clients.
  • Organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage.

2. Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors to the Culinary Lab and direct them to the appropriate personnel or section.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings for customer visits to the Culinary Lab.
  • Maintain the front desk and common areas, keeping them clean, tidy, and well-organized.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and coordinating with the Customer Service Executive to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage any incoming and outgoing mail or packages.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala is required; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
