KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Job Profile
- Manage and grow key accounts by executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact. Collaborate with project, technical, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage account performance, ensuring high service completion rates and client satisfaction.
- Monitor service completion rates and proactively address issues
- Oversee cash flow related to key account activities and follow up on payments
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales, or business development.
- Knowledge of the F&B industry and kitchen equipment design is a distinct advantage.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key account portfolios, and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, production processes, and risk assessments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and relevant software. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
