Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Management
    • Collect, validate, and consolidate data from various HR and finance systems (such as payroll, accounting, and HRIS) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Organize and maintain data in a structured and accessible manner, following data governance standards.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development
    • Develop and automate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards for HR and finance metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, compensation, budgeting, and expense analysis.
    • Generate ad-hoc reports to support special projects, audits, or compliance initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR and finance data, providing actionable insights to improve recruitment, employee engagement, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
    • Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs that align with business goals.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements in reporting and data collection workflows.
    • Work with IT teams to streamline and integrate data sources for improved reporting efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with HR and finance leaders to understand their data needs and translate them into meaningful analyses and recommendations.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively, tailoring insights for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a data analysis role or a similar field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
