Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Project Management Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both sales operations and project management, working closely with our sales and project teams to support ongoing initiatives and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist in prospecting and identifying new leads, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining client relationships.
- Project Coordination: Work with project managers to monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and update project documentation, sales reports, and progress summaries to support both teams.
- Client Communication: Assist in drafting client communications, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items to ensure client satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize Lead databases, CRM entries, and project management tools to keep accurate and up-to-date records.
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and potential clients to support the sales strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Clickup, Trello).
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- A proactive attitude, willing to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
