About the Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and marketing strategies while working closely with a passionate and dynamic team. This is a learning-intensive role where you’ll be challenged to think creatively, adapt quickly, and execute effectively.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just work by the clock but is hungry to build something big. If you’re someone who loves hacking growth, figuring things out on the fly, and turning experiments into wins, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

• Handle directed research sessions online.
• Scrape and generate high-quality leads across various channels.
• Execute lead generation campaigns and manage outreach efforts.
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other paid campaigns.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to convert leads into customers.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, emails, and cold outreach messages.
• Engage in cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, and more) and build client relationships.
• Assist in creating and refining marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Collaborate with the team to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Test, experiment, and implement creative growth hacks to scale Zyner.io.
• Find and exploit growth opportunities that others might overlook.
• Move fast, iterate, and optimize campaigns on the go.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

• Experience or interest in research, lead scraping, lead generation, and funnel building.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads and digital advertising is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of tools for lead generation and marketing.
• Ability to write compelling and persuasive copy.
• A hacker’s mindset – someone who can figure things out with minimal guidance.
• Experience with unconventional or scrappy marketing tactics is a plus.
