Job Summary

As a Digital Project/Product Manager at Type B Digital, you will collaborate with team members to deliver innovative digital projects. Your role involves guiding clients through our unique process to create cutting-edge user experiences. You will understand and solve complex business problems while working closely with our Strategy, Project Management, User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams to brainstorm and implement impactful solutions.

Note: This is a contract position that can become full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Team Members: Assist on projects of varying sizes, from rapid-to-market initiatives to large-scale digital transformations.
• Create Digital Solutions: Help design and implement tailored digital solutions for diverse clients across various verticals.
• Facilitate Workshops: Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients to foster collaboration and innovation.
• Understand Business Challenges: Collaborate with design and technology teams to interpret client goals and deliver elegant user experiences.
• Conduct Research: Gather insights on client business processes, success factors, and competitive positioning through interviews and research.
• Project Management: Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Thought Leadership: Stay informed about existing and emerging technology trends, contributing insights to the team.
• Documentation: Structure presentations, proposals, and other collateral to effectively communicate project goals and outcomes.
• Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision.
• Product Development: Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications documentation.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in relevant roles involving strategy, design, or technology engagements.
• A strong interest in digital design and technology with a proven track record of client collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with comfort in public speaking.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
• A proactive individual eager to excel both in a team environment and independently.
• Background in data, engineering, or computer science is a bonus.

Must Haves

• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in planning, directing teams, scoping projects, and contract writing.
• Delivery Experience: Proven experience in delivering web, mobile, and gaming platform projects on time.
• Technological Familiarity: Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to digital project management.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills for working across functional teams while maintaining close partnerships with clients.
