This is the perfect role for someone who is experienced in paid ad campaigns and looking to apply their skills for deeper impact.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Setting up campaigns on ad platforms. Setting up proper conversion tracking and troubleshooting where required.
  • Managing campaigns, ensuring they continue to reach the right audience and make an impact to the client's bottom line.
  • Continually come up with ways to improve performance, including incorporating feedback and collaborating with others to improve holistic marketing performance.
  • Developing performance marketing strategies and campaigns to meet client business goals that fit into overall client strategies.
  • Planning and managing budgets thoughtfully to get the best results without ever overspending.
  • Sharing (and building) easy to understand performance reports with key insights and actionable takeaways.
  • Being our “resident expert" on your ad platforms. Staying up-to-date with the changes in the space and keeping us up-to-date.
  • Answering questions over Slack and email, and participating in one to two weekly meetings with the international team.

This is a part time (5 to 10 hours per week), fully remote role. There are no set working hours, but meetings would usually be between 6 and 10 pm IST to coordinate across timezones.

Qualifications / Requirements:

You are a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have previous experience in paid ads, especially in search, local business, health, ecommerce and/or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
  • Have a track record of good results, leading initiatives and/or working independently
  • Are proactive, results-oriented and motivated to continually improve
  • As this role will be mostly self-directed, organizational and time management skills will be essential to success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Pinterest, Tiktok, or Google campaigns
  • Familiarity with shopping campaigns, like Tiktok Shop and Google Shopping
  • General experience and context of other areas of marketing and digital platforms, such as Shopify, Wordpress, Google Merchant Centre, SEMRush, or others.
