We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and implementing MDG solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP MDG processes, tools, and technologies, and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP MDG Implementation & Configuration:Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions to support master data governance processes for domains such as material, customer, vendor, or finance. Set up workflows, validations, and approvals for master data management.

2. Master Data Governance:Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of master data across systems and business processes.

3. Data Migration & Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract, cleanse, and migrate master data into SAP MDG systems. Integrate SAP MDG with other SAP and non-SAP systems using tools such as SAP Data Services or APIs.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and align SAP MDG solutions with business objectives. Provide guidance and training to end-users and key stakeholders on MDG processes.

5. Testing and Support:Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP MDG solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data processes and systems.

6. Continuous Improvement:Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process optimization. Stay updated with the latest SAP MDG features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementation, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of master data domains such as material, customer, vendor, and finance.

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP MDG modules and workflow configuration. Familiarity with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and related modules. Experience in data modeling, UI modeling, and customizing MDG workflows. Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps and integration with MDG.

• Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SAP MDG or related SAP modules.
• Experience with data migration tools like SAP Data Services or LSMW.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG consolidation and mass processing.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and principles.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies..
