Responsibilites;
· Correspond to inbound calls and manage customer inquiries
· Provide prompt and helpful assistance to address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
· Coordinate with other team members to arrange for timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues
· Prepare vouchers/ packages for delivery with proper packaging and labelling
· Ensure zero customer complaints
· Deliver exceptional service to customers whilst driving sales growth
· Assist in ad hoc projects and overall back-office operation
· Communicate with customers in a timely, attentive and responsible manner
· Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports to the management as and when required
Requirements;
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Possess a confident and articulate telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills (Bi/ Tri Lingual) & Interpersonal skills
- Prior Customer Care experience will be an added advantage
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply
