Position Summary:

As an Associate Project Manager (Marketing) at Hype Invention, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing marketing projects for our clients. You will be responsible for creating effective marketing strategies, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, IT) to ensure timely delivery of marketing deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Ensuring the customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns and their subsequent results
• Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of clients' businesses, products, services, and target audiences.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on marketing.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• A solid grasp of project management principles and tools, combined with a natural aptitude for learning and implementing emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the ability to navigate complex projects with confidence and efficiency.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders from different backgrounds.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
