We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and leading .Net applications and a strong understanding of modern web technologies. Experience with MS Azure and Angular will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Development Efforts: Oversee and guide the development of .Net applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.

· Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

· Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and maintainable architectures for .Net applications.

· Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.

· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.

· Cloud Integration: Utilize MS Azure to develop, deploy, and manage applications in the cloud environment.

· Front-End Development: Leverage Angular to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the development process.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in .Net development and experience in Fintech domain and agile environment would be an added advantage

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in .Net framework, C#, and related technologies.

· Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with MS Azure is highly desirable.

· Database Skills : SQL, Cosmos & Data Analytics

· Front-End Skills: Experience with Angular is a strong plus.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
