The Role
The Pre-sales ERP Functional Consultant will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations to potential and existing clients. The job holder will be required to leverage their extensive ERP knowledge and expertise to engage with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and effectively demonstrate the value of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in ERP systems, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored ERP solutions that meet their business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionalities and benefits of our ERP software to potential clients.
- Understand complex client business requirements and provide workable technical solutions in line with our product features to arrive at a win-win situation for both parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional pre-sales support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide input and recommendations based on client interactions and market trends and contribute to product delivery enhancements.
- Gather and analyze client feedback and requirements to provide insights for the development and enhancement of our ERP products.
Key Requirements
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in ERP pre-sales, ERP Implementation/Functional Consultancy, or Entution ERP or any other similar ERP System user experience.
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field or Equivalent Professional Qualification such as CIMA/CA.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability and confidence to effectively present information to Senior management and/or board of directors of prospective clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client pain points and propose effective solutions
