Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in funding and integrated banking solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote wealth products, investment, and bancassurance services.
- Monitor client portfolios and bank service performance.
- Provide financial advice tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) from a recognized university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Maximum age of 25 years (not yet 26 at the time of the initial selection) for fresh graduates, or a maximum age of 30 years (not yet 31 at the time of the initial selection) for candidates with at least one year of work experience in banking.
- Good character, as evidenced by a Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
- Strong communication skills.
- Enjoys challenges and has a broad network.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in the local unit area.
