• Organise: Manage calendars, book meetings, arrange travel, and plan events (business and personal).
• Coordinate: Communicate with family, friends, and partners on behalf of the COO.
• Support Operations: Track revenue, profit, and cash flow while building processes to improve efficiency.
• Leverage Tech: Use tools like Google Workspace, Chat GPT, AI apps, and Canva to optimise tasks.
• Deliver Projects: Help complete key initiatives and ensure nothing is overlooked.
